Policies for cancellation, no-shows, and more.

At NV Wellness, we consider it a privilege to be of service to you and hope for a long and mutually satisfying relationship. We spend an inordinate amount of time and energy with each and every one of our new and established clients because we are committed to providing the highest quality care.

In-studio appointments

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to provide health information and consult with your therapist regarding any specific treatment request or concerns.

Reservations

In order to help ensure you obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Last minute reservations are subject to the whims of the schedule, but we will do our best to accommodate you. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation. We hold this information as part of our cancellation policy and will only make necessary charges to your account on the date of your scheduled service. After your session, you may choose your method of payment and are not obligated to use the card on file. Our policy and procedures help ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently for all of our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

We do understand there may be extenuating circumstances; however, we request any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price.

Any cancellations within 2 hours of appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost.

Late Arrival / Late Start Policy

Your appointment time is exclusively for you. All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule, therefore we regret that if you arrive late to your appointment or must start your session later than scheduled, you may not receive extension of appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment extension. This will be at our discretion and only if our therapist’s schedule allows for it.

No-Show Policy

We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life and can require one to consider canceling an appointment. However, we ask that you call if you cannot keep your appointment. Clients who miss their appointments without giving prior notification may be charged in full for the scheduled service.

Confidentiality and Conversation

We treat all client visits and conditions as confidential. As such, we will not discuss your visit with anybody outside of our staff without your express permission. You may choose to talk or not talk during the massage. Conversation will be guided by you.
